- Why is my slime sticky?

Slime can become sticky due to enduring heat during transit, or simply breaking down over time. This can be easily fixed. In every order we include a care packet that comes with a packet of activator powder, and an instruction card. Follow the directions on the card to create a solution that can help restore the slime to its desired texture. Make sure store the solution in a marked container for future use.

- How long does it take my order to ship?

- What do i do if my package arrives damaged?

In the unfortunate instance your order arrives broken/damaged, take photos, and immediately contact us at hopefloatsslimeco@gmail.com so we can resolve this for you ASAP.
